Client: Canmore-Dunedin Housing Association and Fife Council
A joint venture project to develop a brown-field site at Pittencrieff Street, Dunfermline. The project provides a hostel and resource facility for homelessness and drug/alcohol abuse, with 12 new townhouses. Contract Value £2.20m.
Services provided: Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator.
Cranfield Mill, Ipswich Student Accommodation
Client: Wharfside Regeneration (Ipswich) Ltd
Design and construction of 371 student accommodation units to the upper floors on two triangular sites: 175 units, 8-storeys high on east site and 196 units, 6-storeys high on west site, complete with mixed-use commercial units on the ground floor, external works and site development & servicing to both sites. Contract value: £14.5m, excluding fit out.
