The works also include provision of increase in structure for proposed 2-storey roof extension (Phase 1A), associated road (High Street), external works including outlook terrace and site development and servicing works and a new temporary road (pending development) of NWQ site) from Eest end of new High Street connecting to existing estate roads to form link back to Hospital Loop road.
