Design and construction of a new 7-storey multi storey car park building, comprising 628 internal covered car parking spaces, managerial suite space, ‘shell only’ retail units having minimum 600m² internal space, ‘shell only’ nursery space having minimum 760m² internal space. The works also include provision of increase in structure for proposed 2-storey roof extension (Phase 1A), associated road (High Street), external works including outlook terrace and site development and servicing works and a new temporary road (pending development) of NWQ site) from Eest end of new High Street connecting to existing estate roads to form link back to Hospital Loop road.
